outlook classic not responding

Hello, I have a problem with Win 11 Microsoft 365 Outlook (classic) cannot open loading profile. I have switched on and off restarted but no luck it hangs as you can see the photo. I am therefore unable to open outlook classic version. Please help. Thank you!
