pavilion

whenever i leave the computer running, logged on, about an hour later, it restarts "unexpectedly" - says windows wasnt shut down properly on teh on the boot screen. when i don't log on, it restarts within minutes. :confused: anyone help? hp pavillion notebook

I am using hp dv8000 laptop and recently installed windows 7. Everything works fine but the audio driver. At first, I couldn't get any audio driver to work at all and as of yet hp dont have support for windows 7. I manage to some how install conexant HD audio codec. And now I can only hear sound...
