    Windows 10 NL keyboard setting?

    my keyboard icon shows NL is off. What is the purpose of this setting and should it be turned on for basic pc use?

    Hi, for some strange reason my PC started to give me these random BSOD after about 1h of run time. It started doing this a day ago and have never stopped since.
