About this tag
On WindowsForum.com, the tag pdc covers two distinct topics. In the context of Windows Server and Active Directory, PDC refers to the Primary Domain Controller, a critical role in domain replication, DNS record synchronization, and time synchronization. Discussions include troubleshooting replication failures after transferring FSMO roles, resolving DNS replication issues between PDC and additional domain controllers, and configuring Windows Time service on a PDC virtual machine. Separately, PDC also refers to the Microsoft Professional Developers Conference, an event that later evolved into the BUILD conference, with archives of keynotes available online. The tag thus spans both enterprise IT administration and Microsoft developer event history.

Windows 7 PDC DVD build 6801 is now leaked on the internet. I'm not going to tell you where, though. Also, this build doesn't have the new start menu or task bar, that's Microsoft's internal demo, which is build 6933, which is not leaked.

Well, I made a blog post that highlights some of the new features in Windows 7, which were announced today by Steven Sinosky, in his keynote at PDC. I took some pictures, but they didn't come out well from the 300kbps stream, so I found some on flickr, and linked to those instead. Link Removed
