in microsoft mail there are two separate folders 1/ people 2/ contacts. when sending emails it's the people list that's available with only a limited number of email addresses on it. i need to be able to use the other list, but unable to do so. is it possible to alter both of the lists or...

Is there a way or software/application that can view all previous recipients in windows mail and add it all in people/contacts(not one by one)? I need a reply please! it's very urgent. I'm gonna get fired if i don't figure this out. Blessed for those who replied.o_O:waah:🙏🙏
