    Server 2012 R2 boots up and Please Wait appears for 15 minutes before allowing login

    Server 2012 R2 boots up, Please Wait appears for 15 minutes before allowing login.. The Hdd led is on constantly, keyboard unresponsive but Mouse ok Any one know of this issue and have any suggested solutions?
