    Windows 7 FTP blocked on 7 Pro X64

    Hi, I use Win 7 Professionnal for 2 weeks and i could not connect to a FTP server. From another OS everything works fine, but on my Win 7 the port 21 looks like closed. Windows Defender & Firewall are turned off. Where is the problem ? Thanks for your help :)
