    Windows 10 Add comments to files in File Explorer

    Hello, I have a folder that has lots of home video (.mp4) files. To each file, I would like to insert a comment highlighting the contents of the file. This is similar to adding a comment in Excel for each cell. A red triangle or something else can mark that there is a comment to that file. And...
