    Windows 7 Call of Duty 4 error in Windows 7

    I installed call of duty 4 on my hp probook 4530s i3, 500gb, 4gb. However when I tried to run it it give the following error "iw3sp.exe has stopped working" Can anyone please kindly tell me the solution to this problem. I shall be very thankful. I really want to play this game.
