Windows 8 Eliminate roaming profiles of Microsoft account
Hi Windows 8 creates a roaming profile in the C:\Users directory using xxxxxx_000 subdirectories for each Microsoft account which is created. Windows 8 Windows Security Remembering Old Password
I am running Windows 8 and Outlook 2010. I have created a profile for my company's Exchange Server. The set-up is correct because my username is recognized. Windows 7 USER FOLDERS NOT DELETED WHEN PROFILES ARE DELETED IN REGISTRY via GROUP POLICY
In Group Policy there is a setting that deletes a user profile after a system restart. The setting does seem to delete/remove the user from the Registry; however, it does not delete/remove the folder for the profile's username in C:\Users.
