    Windows 7 QWERTZ keybord in English or Norwegian

    Hi, does somebody know how to set QWERTZ English or Norwegian keyboard? I'd like to use special Norwegian symbols like å, ø, æ, but also to have QWERTZ lay-out of letters.. Can anybody help me? Thanks...
