    Windows 7 Blank Dual Layer Discs Not Recognized After Windows 7 Upgrade from Vista

    i'm using windows 7 ultimate upgraded from vista home basic, i am able to read dual layer disks which have content on them,but when i insert a blank dual layer disk,it is not being recognised.i had no issues reading from vista,problem started immediately following installation of windows 7...
