    Windows 7 Windows 7 Ultimate and Asus P5E not recognizing USB devices

    I am running Win 7 Ultimate with an Asus P5E mb. The system recognizes all usb devices plugged in during boot up but will not recognize new devices which are plugged in after boot up. I have the latest bios update for this mb. This is really frustrating as I can not plug in usb devices...
