    Windows Vista Can'T Format A Blank Cd

    I am running Windows 7 professional 64bit service pack 1--Problem is that suddenly Windows "CAN'T READ CD NOT FORMATTED"--I want to burn COREL DRAW FILES to a recordable disc, used to be able to see "AUTOPLAY" open upon CD insert--no longer does it--went into "AUTOPLAY CONFIGURE" set to Windows...
