recursive search
About this tag
The recursive search tag on WindowsForum.com covers discussions about searching through folders and subfolders to locate files, such as corrupted pictures, using tools or scripts. Topics include detecting and deleting corrupted files across nested directories, often after disk failures or data corruption. Users seek methods to automate recursive searches for file integrity checks, leveraging command-line tools or third-party utilities. The tag reflects practical troubleshooting for managing large file collections where manual inspection is impractical.
Hello!
I found after disk failure lot of corrupted pictures in folders.
I'm not able to delete them manually for files count.
Is possible to detect if is picture (or even any file) corrupted and search for them and delete? Even recursively?
By any tool, by any way.
Thank you for each help...
