  2. Windows 7 Problems Deleting Folder - "Preparing to Recycle"

    Hi there, I've been trying to delete this folder and whenever I try to delete, the recycle notification shows up and for the last 20 minutes. The notification says - "Preparing to recycle" and hasn't changed for the last 20 minutes. Also in task manager, my explorer.exe is always around 50 -90...
