    Windows 10 Control Panel from Desktop Icons?

    Q. Is there not a way to adjust the default icon for Control Panel, NOT as a shortcut but from the actual original desktop icon in Themes> Desktop Icons? It seems to be the only one that you cannot change the default icon for. I'm wondering if there might be a reghack specific to Windows 10 that...
