Windows 10 Cannot reposition desktop icons
I upgraded to Win 10 64 and had a few bumps but one I have not figured out is on Win 7 I could reposition my desktop icons wherever I wanted. After the upgrade I had the same desktop as I had on 7 where I could use all desktop icons as normal but found I can not move/reposition them. It seems...- jtpcamp
