  3. Windows 8 Windows 8.1 to 10 after reserve problems.

    I got the prompt to reserve win 10, so I did it downloaded and rebooted however it gets stuck inbetween the windows logo and the logon with a loading cycle mouse. Any options other than reinstalling the OS? Cheers for taking the time to read my issue. Jake
