    Windows 7 Resource File <C_SpURsDll> not found!

    Hello, I am having an issue with my laptop. It is running Windows 7 64-bit Professional and whenever I try to go into Control Panel the error "Resource File <C_SpURsDll> not found!" appears or Windows Explorer just crashes and I have to do Ctrl+Alt+Del to End Task. I'm not sure what the error...
