I get this message when i klick on links in Microsoft Outlook 2007:
"Operation was interrupted due to restrictions defined for this computer. Contact system administrator."
Have uninstalled/reinstal but still have the same problem. Please help me fix this! :-)

How can I restrict an user (with limited access) in Windows 7 from closing ie9, I want ie9 to alway open in kiosk mode uncloseable, but i want user to be able to close the new ie9 window that open from a link.
