About this tag
The rfp review tag on WindowsForum.com collects discussion of tools and workflows for reviewing requests for proposals inside Microsoft Word. Coverage centers on Expedience AI Proposal Manager, announced in September 2026, which adds organizational prompt libraries and AI-assisted review flags to Word's ribbon so analysis stays connected to the original tender document. Because that announcement came from a vendor press release rather than independent testing, the thread treats its efficiency and accuracy claims as unverified. For teams evaluating proposal software, the tag is a starting point for understanding how Copilot-style assistance is being folded into document review.
