About this tag
The tag 'rubber out' refers to the troubleshooting technique of removing and reseating hardware components, such as RAM and video cards, to ensure proper contact. On WindowsForum.com, users discuss this method when addressing persistent BSOD errors during gaming or browsing. Common steps include cleaning contacts and firmly reinserting components. This tag is relevant for Windows 7 systems and older hardware like DDR3 RAM and GTX 670 GPUs. While not a guaranteed fix, it is a standard first step in diagnosing hardware-related crashes.
Hi guys, I get BSOD more often when I play War of Warships and time to time during web surfing as well.
I've dusted my computer done memory test, HDD test, Video card test, CPU test and also format my HDD but the error still there, also tried rubber out on Ram and video card too.
