noob question alert!:redface:
I understand that ruby.exe/interpreter is a gui of sorts. Why is it on my oem windows 7 os?/how did it get there?(ff greasemonkey?)/do I need it?/will it hurt my computer? etc. etc.
I'm running an amd a4 5300 if that helps. (no video card)

I'm trying to find some information about the right version of Ruby "stable" for Windows 7. At the moment I have find a stable versione 1.8.6 but I think it is not supported by Windows 7.
Any suggestion will be well appreciated.
