run condition
About this tag
The run condition tag on WindowsForum.com covers issues where a system utility or process continues to execute at every startup despite attempts to stop it. A recurring example is the check disk utility (chkdsk) running repeatedly on each boot, even after applying fixes such as verifying the volume is not dirty with fsutil, excluding the drive from automatic checking with chkntfs, or inspecting the BootExecute registry key under Session Manager. Users encountering this run condition often seek to identify whether a failing SSD or incorrect registry settings are causing the persistent behavior. Discussions focus on troubleshooting steps to halt unwanted startup processes and restore normal boot behavior.

This one is really getting on my nerves as the check disk utility keeps running after every startup. Even after applying below solutions.
What else can you propose? Am i facing a failing SSD? It's an SSD that hasn't been used much.
