Windows 10 Lenovo Service Bridge is still running ?
I have read on Lenovo's website about Lenovo Service Bridge. But I do not understand that much. No matter what Lenovo Service Bridge is for something or why I've used it for it? But I clicked on the icon, and then the program started running. And now more days after, the program is running yet...- Terje Meringdal

I am thinking about buying Win7 but want to clarify the feature "XP Mode". As you know Win7 Home contains in contrast to Windows 7 Pro no "XP mode". So I wonder what exactly this "XP mode" is. If I take Win7 Home then install VirtualPC and install WinXP inside as a guestOS VM. Is this the...- pstein

Windows 7 Running an old 16-bit program under Windows 7
Hi all, I have an ancient copy of Foxpro for Windows 2.6 from the early 1990s that I've moved from PC to PC over the years. I don't reinstall from original disks; I just copy the program's directory into \program files\ and it's worked fine on systems up to and including XP3. I did need to...- Fran

Windows 7 Games requiring Admin rights
Some games (e.g. Spore) REQUIRE Administrator rights to run properly. I have my son setup as a standard user and everytime he wants to play he needs me to come upstairs to "Run as administrator" and enter a password. Is there any way around this, perhaps some way to save the password for just...- digital-kid

Windows 7 I don't like programs to be pinned to to my taskbar
I prefer to only use it to keep track of running programs. My monitor is pretty small (17 inch 1024x768). If I use it to launch programs there won't be room for that plus any miscellaneous programs that I might use. I set it up to do Quick Launch instead and Now I like it. Windows 7 really is...- stueycaster
