screen border

About this tag
The screen border tag on WindowsForum.com covers issues related to window behavior at the edges of the display. A common problem is windows automatically maximizing when dragged to the screen border, which can interfere with gaming in windowed mode. Users seek ways to disable this snap-to-edge feature to prevent unwanted maximization. Discussions focus on troubleshooting this behavior in Windows, often involving system settings or registry tweaks to regain control over window placement.
  1. Windows 8 What is this program ?

I think is a virtual desktop manager. I can activate with the mouse left click touching the left border of my screen. Then appear three points in the bottom of the screen. Like this http://imagizer.imageshack.com/img924/9039/Q9qqUz.png thanks
