    Windows 7 Validate whether a sealed Win7Ultimate is genuine?

    Is there any way to determine whether a seemingly factory-sealed copy of W7Ultimate I have obtained from a private re-seller is genuine and not previously registered? Would be really nasty to go all the way and install it just to find out of any problem... Thanks in advance!
