    Windows 7 windows 7 start orb hover not working

    using Windows 7 Start Button Changer v 2.6 on my second laptop that i just bought and cant get the orb to change when hovering or clicked it just stays the same in all modes. works fine on my first p.c. can any one advise plz? the orb application: Link Removed - Invalid URL
