    Windows 8 Secure web pages blocked

    I am running IE 11 and the latest Firefox. Neither browser will open secure web pages...anything with https won't open. That includes google searches and gmail. Other computers on my network are fine, but I restored the router to original settings anyway. I did a system restore to about 3 weeks...
