About this tag
The tag 'senior member' is used on WindowsForum to denote a user rank within the forum's member rating system. Based on community discussions, the criteria for achieving senior member status appear to be related to account age, with one user reporting they reached it after three years of membership. Other ranks mentioned include Junior Member, Active Member, Extraordinary Member, Honorable Member, and Fantastic Member. The exact formula for how member ratings are calculated is not publicly documented, leading to questions from users about the requirements for progression. This tag is relevant for forum members interested in understanding the site's user ranking structure.
Hi All Admins,
Got a question that came up a while back on how Member ratings are achieved here on WindowsForum. It's off-topic so I put it here in Water Cooler. Do you have to be here a certain amount of time (years) to get upgraded on your status. I'm currently rated SENIOR MEMBER having...
community
extraordinary member
fantastic member
honorable membermember criteria
member rating
premium supporter
seniormember
status upgrade
water cooler
I see "points" and "trophy". What are they ?
I also see some members are listed as "senior member", some are "active member", and some are "new" etc etc.
Other than the "new member" category, what is the measuring tape for the rest ?
I cannot find anywhere that explains those.
Thank you.
