    Windows 7 Unable to acces certain control panels from my admin user account

    I am not sure when this issue occurred, but I noticed it today Problem: I am unable to acces certain CP from the admin account. These CP include "advanced system settings" and "remote setings". When clicked, nothing happens. So far all the unresponsive CP I have identified are "admin CP"...
