session recovery

Ok, ive tried disabling all add-on's n do this but it still happens, had to install chrome to make my other BSOD post to attach the file as it kept closing my ff. When i select file to upload & it goes into the bottom box selected to attach, i click on Done & my FF exits. When i open it back up...
