sharepoint discover

SharePoint Discover refers to the personalized starting experience Microsoft is building into the SharePoint mobile app, and this tag gathers coverage of that work. The most detailed item tracks Microsoft 365 Roadmap item 571200, which lists an October 2026 redesign of the SharePoint app on iOS and Android as in development rather than shipped. The redesign would consolidate relevant files, sites, people, and news into one home surface, alongside revised browsing, file previews, news, search, dark mode, and performance improvements. Administrators should read the date as a rollout target, since Microsoft's current mobile documentation already separates existing app behavior from the planned Discover experience.
