    Windows 7 Too much time to shutdown and boot-up

    I have extremely slow shutdown and boot-up speeds. I'm using windows 7 home premium with intel dual core. I have 4gb ram on a 32 bit system. Don't know what I'm doing wrong, but have collected some info from the event viewer. I would appreciate any advice. My average boot time is taking...
