    Windows 7 Issues with Live Messenger Running in Task Manager and Audio Device Settings Resetting

    hello 1.when i close live messenger 2009 it still stay active in task manager. why? and how i can prevent it. 2.i add two audio devices to sound mixer. Mic and Line in. and silnce both of them. Link Removed every time i restart, they get active again. how i can keep the silnce on? tnx...
