silent switch

I was wondering if it is possible to start Outlook '07 minimised, so basically it starts in the tray. I currently have it set to minimise to tray, but it's rather annoying to have to minimise it every time Windows starts. It's rather odd that Outlook doesn't have a -slient switch or something...
