About this tag
The single player games tag on WindowsForum.com collects discussion of titles that can be played solo, including games that add or expand offline and alone-play options after launch. Recent coverage centers on Dune: Awakening, which arrived on Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5 and joined Xbox Game Pass across console, PC and cloud as an Xbox Play Anywhere title. Its major update introduced a full single-player mode, custom difficulty and the conclusion of the Book One story, turning a previously multiplayer-only PC survival game into one that Windows and Xbox players can complete alone.
