About this tag
Discussions tagged with site compatibility on WindowsForum.com focus on issues where web browsers fail to remember login credentials on specific websites. Users report that Internet Explorer, Chrome, and Safari do not prompt to save usernames and passwords on certain forums, while other sites work normally. This behavior is observed on Windows 7 64-bit systems but not on Windows XP, suggesting an operating system or browser compatibility problem. Troubleshooting includes trying different browsers and seeking help from site administrators, who may attribute the issue to the Windows version. The tag covers login persistence, browser behavior, and OS-level factors affecting site compatibility.
