The tag 'sloppy' on WindowsForum.com is used by users to describe perceived carelessness or lack of polish in Microsoft's software and updates. In one example, a user criticizes the presence of residual Zune folders and shortcuts in Windows 8.1's AppData folder, calling it 'sloppy' because the Zune product was discontinued years earlier. This tag captures frustrations with unfinished or poorly maintained features, leftover files, or inconsistent user experiences in Windows operating systems and related Microsoft software.

If Microsoft discontinued the Zune 2 years ago, and doesn't even support it anymore, then why does my Windows H8.1 Pro comes with 4 folders and 2 shortcuts for Zune Music and Zune Video in the AppData folder? Windows H8 wasn't even around yet. This is just sloppy.
