I need just some clarifications:
Is SMB (protocol) the only way to access remote shared folders (in small networks without Active Directory)?
So whenever I want to list and use remote shared folders then SMB (either v1 or v2 or v3) must be enabled (on both computers).
Correct?
Hey guys,
I have a small network, running 5 computers. One of these computers needs to stay offline, but is needing to connect to the network to backup on the backup drive.
Is there a way I can use windows firewall to block all internet access to this computer?
Thanks
