Hi, I was wondering how to go about changing the language to a machine with Window's Vista that a friend bought. We went to the store that bought it and they said that we have to upgrade to Vista Ultimate... was wondering if there is another cheaper alternative. thanks!

I bought a laptop with Vista Home Premium preinstalled, but tje language is Spanish, can somebody please tell me how to change the language from Spanish to English. Do i need to reinstall Vista or can i change it without doing so? I didnt get the CD with the laptop... Should i have got one? I...
