    I updated to win 10 from 8.1 64 bit and now I can only reinstall win7 on restore the laptop was purchased from staples with 8.1 installed?

    Windows 10 Confusion About HP Desktops Available with Windows 10: Update Needed

    Hi Looking in to buying a new HP Desktop computer in the next few days. But when I look on the Best Buy or Staples web site. I do not see any of the Hp desktop computer with windows 10 on them. Just windows 8.1. Has windows 10 come out yet ? Thank you

    Windows Vista Have product key -- no CD?

    Help. My daughter had a friend uninstall Vista and install Windows XP. NOW -- she wants Vista back and all we have is the product key, which is physically on the bottom of the computer (HP, purchased at Staples). No Installation CD came with the computer and Vista is totally wiped off of her...
