I got problem after modifying startup services of Windows 10.20H2 Pro x64.
I forgot single value and tried in command line of Windows recovery to start programs allowing to repair my problem.
But it needs higher permissions and even WinPE supports not starting other than 64bit...

While adjusting startup services in msconfig I came across some odd entries in my services tab (screenshot below).
The title "bba0e" seems quite unusual.
The search engine did not provide any results, so I became suspicious.

As the title says.
I have booted in safe mode, and it seems to work fine.
But, when I do a clean boot (disabling all non-windows startup services and programs), it still logs me out.
I am at a loss of what to do from here.
Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

My sister's laptop has been having some serious problems. After about only 2 minutes of running, the system gradually locks up one program at a time until the only things that respond/change are the mouse and the desktop gadgets. The only way to avoid locking up is to boot into Safe Mode...

You know the page when you boot up Windows (vista or Win7) and it has "Welcome".
What exactly is happening then? Is it loading services, drivers, certain startup process's? What?
