    Windows 7 My screen shows weird colors, the display is stripy, like in a comic book

    So when my sister was using the computer all of the sudden the screen display changed. The program icons seem to be stripy, the screen is darker and somehow green-like on the white parts. To me it kind of reminds of comic book drawings , those spotty/stripy backgrounds. My graphics card is...
