About this tag
The tag 'sub items' on WindowsForum.com covers discussions about managing sub-items within Windows interfaces, such as encrypted file properties and Quick Access shortcuts. One thread addresses recovering encrypted files after a clean Windows install, where the user had applied encryption to all sub-items via the folder properties dialog. Another thread asks about creating a shortcut for Quick Access with a sub-items menu and removing OneDrive from the desktop tree folder. These posts focus on practical Windows file management and customization tasks involving nested or subordinate elements in the operating system.
