sum

I'm working on my schedule and need a little assistance. 1. I'm trying to add in total hours on a separate column. 2. I want o's to equal 8 hour shifts, d's=8, D's=12 hrs etc etc and can't figure out how to get them to add. 3. How do I get them to add up at the end? I've checked every youtube...
