About this tag
The tag 'surfer' on WindowsForum.com covers two distinct topics. One thread is a lighthearted post titled 'Surf's Up' featuring an image of a surfer riding a wave. The other thread discusses a user's audio problems with a Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi sound card on Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit, where sound cuts out or crackles while surfing the internet, listening to music, or playing DirectX 10 games. The user notes the issue did not occur on Windows XP. This tag thus combines a casual image post with a technical troubleshooting discussion about sound card driver and codec issues in Windows 7.
