The Surveys Agent is a pre-built Microsoft 365 Copilot agent that enables users to create, distribute, monitor, and analyze surveys entirely through natural language conversation. It integrates with Microsoft Forms for survey creation, Outlook for automated invitations and reminders, and Excel for result export. Initially launched in the Frontier preview program, it became generally available in October 2025 for commercial Microsoft 365 Copilot license holders. The agent streamlines the entire survey workflow, from drafting questions to tracking response rates, without leaving the Copilot interface. It is available through the Microsoft 365 Copilot Agent Store as a Built by Microsoft experience.
