    Windows 10 How do I install a program completely?

    I installed Swift for Windows 2.0 on my Windows 10(x64) laptop. Apparently it installed only partially. I need to remove it from Add/ Remove Programs. But I get a message. I tried to give access to the temp folder etc. Nothing worked. How do I remove this program? Can I just delete Swift For...
